Let me introduce myself

Hi, I'm Anne: a native speaker of Dutch with a degree in English and a passion for rendering one into the other. Having spent a year in London and another in New Zealand, I'd say it is fair to call me an anglophile. I am currently back in the Netherlands, living with my British tabby's in Amsterdam and channelling my love for all things English into my work.

My academic background is in English linguistics and translation studies. In 2016, I founded Tip of the Tongue. As a creative language professional, I enjoy writing, translating and editing all sorts of texts on all kinds of topics – although I always try to add a little artistry ✨
